How We Work

We work with our clients in a variety of ways.

For projects which can be clearly defined, monitored and measured, we agree a fixed fee.

For ongoing programmes which require a flexible approach, we agree a monthly retainer which is continuously reviewed.

Finally, we work as full-time and part-time interim managers, operating from our clients' offices, fully integrating with their staff.
